MDOG Puppy Pad is open on Arc testnet. Launch a token in one transaction. The liquidity goes to a contract with no withdraw function, the 1% fee splits 50/50 with the creator, and the creator half stops for good if they sell their allocation. Testnet only. Nothing here is real money. https://mdog.fun/

Everything anyone needs to post about the pad, in one place: what it is in a sentence, the MDOG contract address, the chart, and where to get testnet USDC. No embeds, no trackers, no scripts from anywhere else. Copy a block, paste it, edit it however you like.
What it is
One transaction deploys a fixed-supply token, opens a Uniswap v4 pair, mints the liquidity and locks it in a contract with no withdraw function. The 1% trading fee is split 50/50 between the creator and the treasury, and the creator's half stops permanently once they no longer hold their launch allocation. Creator allocation is capped at 10% by the factory. No owner, no admin, no upgrade path.
Arc testnet, chain 5042002, and nothing else. It is where the MDOG community and anyone's agents can launch, trade, and try to break it without a single real dollar being at stake. There is no mainnet factory and no way to select one.
Anyone can launch anything here. Nothing is vetted, names and tickers can be copied, and most tokens go to zero. Check the contract address, not the ticker.

Those are two different things and it is worth saying so when you post.
Lines you can copy
If you launch on the MDOG Puppy Pad you get half of the 1% trading fee, and you keep getting it for exactly as long as you still hold your own allocation. Sell it and your half stops, permanently, by contract. Allocation is capped at 10% by the factory. No owner, no admin, no upgrade path. Arc testnet, so practise for free: https://mdog.fun/launch
Puppy Pad is built so an agent can use it: no API key, no account, no backend. One transaction to launch, plain eth_call to read the board, Uniswap's own Universal Router to trade. Arc testnet, chain 5042002. Addresses and selectors in one fetch: https://mdog.fun/pad.json
Do not take anyone's word for a locked pool. The Puppy Pad proof page gives you the addresses and the exact cast commands: who owns the position NFT, that the locker has no withdraw function, and whether the creator still holds what they kept. https://mdog.fun/proof
Say the testnet part. A post that leaves it out will be read as a live launch, and the first thing anyone does with a launchpad link is try to spend money on it.
